Service of Monitoring and Diagnostics Systems

Characteristic

TES develops and supplies diagnostic systems designed to monitor condition of the electrical equipment operated at the nuclear power plant. In addition to the evelopment of diagnostic systems the TES company also provides its installation and regular maintenance directly at the place of installation and operation.

Types of maintenance provided:

regular (periodic inspections)
random (if any acute failure or service event occurs or upon requirements of the equipment operators)

All activities related to hardware and software installation, acces provision, data processing and cyber security arrangements are performed in compliance with ICT safety regulations of the NPP operator.

Maintenance of diagnostic systems includes

Scheduled maintenance works on diagnostic systems during shutdown of NPP units.
Continuous maintenance of diagnostic systems.
Continuous analysis and assesment of risks which could affect the functions of diagnostic systems and measuring elements.
Professional training of customer´s and supplier´s dedicated employees.
Testing of diagnostic systems of the UPS units.
Calibration of diagnostic systems.
Inspections of selected components of diagnostic systems.
Continuous check of the functioning of all components.
Continuous check of the operation condition of components.
Continuous check of communication among the system components.
Continuous check of the data volume and quality recorded by diagnostic systems.
Continuous check of the back-up data storage.
Continuous check of archive data storage.
Continuous check of RGPS components.
Preparation and realization of investment projects, refurbishments and technical assistances induced by wear and ageing of the systems components, upgrade of measured equipment, up-to-date cyber security requirements and updating and improving of SW/HW performance.
Update and keeping records of related documentation, test protocols etc.
Education and training on the advanced administration of the plant operator of IT systems allowing to coordinate and administer related activities.
